Suhbat ('talks' in Uzbek) — series of events to present company’s vision and achievements in wide spectrum of corporate functioning: from AI development to CX practices. The series brought together entrepreneurs, tech leaders and government representatives across multiple events.
It would have been easy to approach the event as a typical corporate conference — press walls, standard banners and a predictable photo report. Instead, I challenged the team to treat it as an immersive experience: a visual environment that could unite business, technology and public institutions. In Uzbekistan’s fast-growing ecosystem — where the state actively supports entrepreneurship — the goal was to make this shared momentum visible and tangible.
One system. Many narratives. Structured enough to unify the series. Flexible enough to give each event its own look & feel.
The core of my work was to create a framework for a series of events where TBC presents its achievements across different fields. We built the environment around a generative key visual — turning the photo zone into a central spatial element and increasing organic brand visibility in social media.
The spatial design separated two zones: networking and photo zone. The first one was placed near natural light, while the latter provided a strong visual backdrop for visitors and media.
In the conference hall, large-scale screen animation and 3D mapping — developed with motion designer Ilkhom — extended the visual language onto the main stage.
Graphics refer to the nature of Uzbek cloth 'ikat' — but translated into a digital language through the logic of technology. The vector base spreads like bits of information, echoing woven patterns, while AI-generated assets introduce vivid depth and light.

The design builds on content blocks from the TBC design system (developed by Misha and Artem) combined with graphics inspired by the nature of ikat.
At its core lies a simple algorithm — translated into a scalable system of assets across print and digital. A clear concept, a structured toolkit — and space for designers to build on it.
As a result, Suhbat became a brand expression of TBC’s vision: digital, human and rooted in local culture. The bank builds not only an ecosystem to manage money, but an experience around it.
